นับตั้งแต่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2021 สินค้าที่มีตราสัญลักษณ์ CE ที่จะนำเข้าสู่ยุโรป จะต้องมี EU Economic Operator พิมพ์อยู่บนตัวสินค้าหรือหีบห่อผลิตภัณฑ์ ผู้ขายจึงควรสังเกตว่า สินค้าที่ท่านนำมาขายบน eBay อยู่นั้น มีตราสัญลักษณ์ CE หรือไม่ ถ้าหากว่ามี CE Mark โปรดสังเกตบรรจุภัณฑ์ของสินค้าด้วยว่ามี EU Economic Operator กำกับอยู่ มิเช่นนั้นอาจจะไม่สามารถส่งเข้าไป หรือขายไปยังกลุ่มประเทศ EU ได้ (สินค้าอาจถูกตีกลับหรือทำลายทิ้ง) ทั้งนี้ สินค้าที่มีตรา CE ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นอุปกรณ์การแพทย์ และอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์
สิ่งที่ผู้ขายต้องทำคือ ดูว่าสินค้าที่ท่านขายนั้นมีตรา CE หรือไม่ ถ้าหากมีแต่ท่านไม่มั่นใจว่าบนหีบห่อบรรจุภัณฑ์มีข้อมูล EU Economic Operator อย่างชัดเจน ท่านควร Block Ship-to Countries (Exclude Shipping Location) อย่าขายไปในกลุ่มประเทศ EU

Selling products with a CE mark into the EU
From 16 July 2021, any CE-marked products that are sold into the EU, will have to have an EU established economic operator listed on the product or packaging. The economic operator can be a manufacturer, importer, authorised representative or fulfilment service provider based in the EU.
