วิธีตั้งค่าให้ Payoneer เป็น Preferred for Selling Costs ให้ระบบ eBay MP ใช้เงินในบัญชี Payoneer ในการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมในการขาย และ Refund
นับตั้งแต่เดือน มิถุนายน 2022 เป็นต้นไป ผู้ขาย eBay จะสามารถเข้าไปตั้งค่าให้ระบบ eBay MP ใช้เงินในบัญชี Payoneer ในการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมในการขาย และ Refund ได้ โดยตั้งค่าให้ Payoneer Balance เป็น Preferred for Selling Costs ซึ่ง ผู้ขายต้องเข้าไปกดอนุญาตให้ระบบใช้เงินใน Payoneer ใน My eBay > Account Settings > Payments
เมื่อตั้งค่าให้ Payoneer เป็น Preferred for Selling Costs ให้ระบบ eBay MP ใช้เงินในบัญชี Payoneer ในการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมในการขาย และ Refund ก่อน แล้วค่อยไปดึงจากบัตรเครดิต ระบบจะดำเนินการหักเงินจากแหล่งต่างๆ ดังนี้
- หักเงินใน eBay MP Available Funds ก่อน
- ดึงจาก Payoneer Balance
- จากนั้นหากยังไม่พอจึงค่อยไปดึงจาก Credit Card/ Debit Card ที่ท่านผูกไว้ในบัญชี eBay
ข้อควรทราบ:
- บัญชี Payoneer ที่จะนำมาใช้ชำระค่าธรรมเนียมใน eBay ได้ จะต้องเป็นบัญชีเดียวกับอันที่ผูกไว้รับเงินออกจาก eBay MP Payouts เท่านั้น
- ถ้าหากพบข้อความที่เตือนว่า ‘Your Payoneer account authentication expired.’ ท่านผู้ขายสามารถ Sign in Payoneer อีกครั้ง ตามขั้นตอนเดิม เริ่มที่หน้า Payments
เมื่อตั้งค่า Payoneer : Preferred for Selling Costs เรียบร้อยแล้ว การหักเงินจากบัญชี Payoneer จะมีระยะเวลาดังนี้
1.การหักเงินจาก Payoneer Balance จะตัดเงินทันที ในกรณีที่ผู้ขายเป็นผู้สั่งการให้หักเงิน เช่น
- ชำระค่าธรรมเนียมครั้งเดียวทันที
- ผู้ขายกดคืนเงินให้ผู้ซื้อ
- ผู้ขายกดยกเลิกออเดอร์
2. สำหรับการหักเงินแบบอัตโนมัติ ที่ผู้ขายไม่ต้องกดสั่งการ ระบบจะมีการส่งอีเมล์ไปแจ้งผู้ขายล่วงหน้า 3 วัน ก่อนที่จะดำเนินการตัดเงินจากบัญชี Payoneer เช่น ในกรณีเหล่านี้
- ค่าธรรมเนียมการขายที่ eBay หักแบบอัตโนมัติ
- eMBG เคสถูกยกระดับ จนระบบบังคับคืนเงิน
- Payment dispute การปฏิเสธชำระเงินจากบัตรเครดิต ระบบบังคับคืนเงิน
การหักเงินแบบที่ 2 นี้ ระบบ eBay จะหักจาก Available Funds ใน eBay MP ก่อน แล้วถ้าเงินไม่พอ จะแสดงผลออกมาว่า Available Funds ติดลบ จากนั้นส่งเมล์ไปแจ้งล่วงหน้า 3 วัน ก่อนที่จะหักเงินจากบัญชี Payoneer
วิธีตั้งค่าให้ระบบ eBay MP ใช้เงินในบัญชี Payoneer ในการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมในการขาย และ Refunds นั้น ผู้ขายสามารถเลือก 2 แบบคือ
- ต้องการตั้งค่าแบบถาวร (ทำทีเดียวใช้ได้ตลอดไป) ให้ Payoneer Balance เป็น Preferred for Selling Costs หรือ
2. ต้องการสั่งให้ระบบคืนเงินโดยดึงจากเงินใน Payoneer Balance มาใช้ เฉพาะออเดอร์นี้ครั้งเดียว
โดยแนะนำให้ดูคู่มือในคลิป VDO ด้านล่างนี้ เพื่อเสริมความเข้าใจ และเพื่อให้ดำเนินการตั้งค่าได้ถูกต้องตามที่ต้องการ

Payoneer : Preferred for Selling Costs (eBay charging fees from Payoneer balance)
Payoneer : Preferred Selling Costs means eBay will be able to charge seller’s Payoneer account balance instead of credit card in managed payment when seller selects the Payoneer account as Default Selling Costs instruments on the wallet page (My eBay > Account Settings > Payments)
When setting Payoneer as Preferred for Selling Costs:
- Most of seller-initiated charges will be real time charge, including:
- One-time payment
- Seller-initiated refund
- Seller cancels a transaction
- Only non-seller presented charge will apply a 3-days notification in advance, and then charge, such as:
- eBay auto-charge fees
- eMBG escalated-case force refund
- Payment dispute force refund
eBay will charge the eBay Available Funds first, if not enough, will turn eBay balance to negative and then send out 3 days notification ahead to seller.
eBay sellers can choose to set “Payoneer : Preferred for Selling Costs” in two methods:

- ONE-TIME charge to Payoneer Balance, such as for a particular refund transaction, or one-time fees payment. Please see Tutorials #2 in the downloadable Bi-lingual Guidebook (TH & EN) on Payoneer : Preferred for Selling Costs .PDF
We strongly recommend seller to set Payoneer as preferred (following Tutorials #1 in previous pages), then no need to change it in every refund flow.
NOTES:
- Seller can only use the Payoneer ID linked to current eBay account for charging selling cost, otherwise it will fail.
- In case Payoneer authentication expired, seller can authenticate again in the same flow: Payoner ID – Manage use – selling costs.
