วิธีจัดการ กรณีลูกค้าไม่ชำระเงิน (Unpaid Item Updates)
ตั้งแต่เมษายน 2564 เป็นต้นไป eBay ได้ยกเลิกเครื่องมือ Unpaid Item Case (UPI) ใน Resolution Center เปลี่ยนเป็น eBay จะส่งอีเมล Payment Reminder เตือนให้ผู้ซื้อชำระเงินแบบอัตโนมัติทุกออเดอร์ที่ค้างจ่าย
ซึ่งถ้าหากผู้ซื้อไม่ชำระเงินภายใน 5 วันตามปฏิทินทางผู้ขายสามารถยกเลิกการขายได้แล้วเลือกเหตุผลว่าผู้ซื้อไม่จ่ายเงิน “Cancel order: Buyer hasn’t paid”
จากนั้นผู้ขายจะได้รับค่า Final Value Fee คืน (ผู้ขายไม่ต้องเปิด-ปิดเคส Unpaid Item อีกต่อไปแล้ว) ทั้งนี้ผู้ขายมิได้ยกเลิกออเดอร์ก็จะไม่ได้รับ FVF คืน
“วิธีรับมือ Unpaid Item”
– eBay จะเตือนให้ผู้ซื้อชำระเงินทันทีที่มีการสั่งซื้อ / หลังชนะประมูล / Committed to buy
– หากผู้ซื้อไม่ชาระเงินภายใน 5 วันทาง eBay จะแจ้งผู้ขายให้ทราบว่าออเดอร์นั้น ๆ สามารถยกเลิกการขายได้เพราะผู้ซื่อไม่จ่ายเงิน
– ผู้ขายสามารถยกเลิกออเดอร์“ Cancel order: Buyer hasn’t paid” ได้โดยเข้าไปกดได้ 2 วิธีคือ
> Manual Cancel Transaction ผ่าน SellerHub หรือที่ My eBay: Sold แล้วระบุเหตุผลว่าลูกค้าไม่จ่ายเงิน“ Buyer hasn’t paid” ปุ่มนี้จะกดได้เมื่อผู้ซื้อไม่ชำระเงินภายใน 5 วันตามปฏิทิน
> Cancel Transaction แบบอัตโนมัติโดยไปตั้งค่าที่“ Preferences for items awaiting payment” เลือกเป็น“ Automatically cancel purchases for non-payment” หากลูกค้าไม่จ่ายเงินภายใน 5 วันระบบจะยกเลิกออเดอร์ให้แบบอัตโนมัติทันที→เลือกตั้งค่าแบบ 5 วันขึ้นไป (กําหนดจํานวนวันได้ตามต้องการอาทิ 15 วัน)
– ผู้ขายสามารถตั้งค่าให้ระบบ Relist Items อัตโนมัติได้เมื่อมีการ Cancel Transaction: Buyer hasn’t paid เกิดขึ้น
– เมื่อมีการ“ Cancel Transaction: Buyer hasn’t paid” ผู้ซื้อจะไม่สามารถให้ negative feedback ได้หรือหากมีเกิดขึ้นทาง eBay จะลบให้
หากผู้ขายจะเข้ามาเปิด Unpaid Items Case (UPI) หลังจากที่ยกเลิกใช้งานไปแล้วระบบ eBay จะพาท่านมายังหน้า SellerHub โดยอัตโนมัติ
“Handling Unpaid Item”
Starting from April, sellers no longer have to file unpaid item claims or send payment reminders. Instead, eBay will proactively remind buyers if they have a payment due, and you’ll be able to manually or automatically cancel an order if the buyer hasn’t paid after 5 calendar days.
Key Benefits:
– We’ll proactively remind buyers to pay once they commit to purchasing an item.
– If a buyer hasn’t paid after 5 calendar days,
you can cancel the transaction.
– You can choose to have eBay automatically relist the item when you cancel the transaction.
– You’ll be able to set up automatic cancellations for non-payment in your “Preferences for items awaiting payment.”
– If you cancel an order because the buyer hasn’t paid, we’ll block that buyer’s ability to leave feedback and, if they’ve already left feedback, we’ll remove it.
